What a nice day for the ZOO!

Today we met Rachel, Ryan and Dixie (Rachel's mother in law) at the zoo. We originally were meeting there to see the penguin march but it was way too crowded. We walked around and checked out a bunch of other animals. They were all out enjoying the nice weather.

Poor Gunner

Last week, Gunner ran into a moving car and fractured his arm. So my dad brought him over so we could see his cast. Reese fed him a ton of treats and then signed his cast. When she found out Gunner was hurt, she kept saying "Poor Gunner, I feel bad for him."

Financial Freedom

Last week we started Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University. It is a 13 week long class. We are excited to be on our way to becoming debt free and also to build wealth.

As Dave Ramsey would say "Live like no one else so later you can LIVE like no on else."

Soooo Big !!

Reese is now big enough for a "big girl's car seat". She was thrilled that she was getting this carseat, no more staps just the seatbelt and of course, it's PINK !! She was so excited that we had to take her picture in it. The scarf that she is holding was made by Gigi. Reese also had to show that off and took it to school to show the kids.

I can't believe how curly Tatum's hair is. I had to take pictures to show it. Throughout the day, the curls seem to loosen and then it looks wavy almost straight especially when she sleeps on it. I love it curly like this. She may have to start using some hair gel :)

Ice Princess, The Snowmam

The other day, GiGi, Reese and Tatum built a snowman (or snowmam, as Tatum would say). Reese loved playing in the snow and making the snowman. She decided that she wanted it to be a girl and named her Ice Princess. Reese wants me to say that she loves Ice Princess so very, very much and she is so cute! Tatum had fun playing in the snow and watching Reese and GiGi.

We were good!

Reese and Tatum had a great Christmas! They received a ton of fun presents. Tatum really enjoyed opening presents this year, she did it all by herself. Reese tore into the presents and loved every minute of it. Reese was a character, that's for sure!!! By the way, Reese thanks you for the book Aunt Lisa - we read it and she really liked it. :)
When I asked Reese what her favorite part of Christmas was, she said "Having joy and loving people". Aww, she can be sweet afterall. I would have guessed her favorite part of Christmas would have been learning all the new dances from Ashlie, Kendall, Aunt Lisa and Jen. Boy, Reese does love to Bootie Pop. Thanks, Ashlie !!
